Winter Moonlight was written by Paul in 2004, for his wife Cynthia. It was presented in memory of the time spent in White Oak, West Virginia, caring for Cindy's ailing father. The winter's there were just beautiful, 4,000 feet above sea level. The snow was whiter than cotton and fluffier than wool. They cared for Cindy's Dad until dimentia finally took it's toll and he had to be put in a nursing home where he was well cared for until his death in 2006.
