In the fall of 2006 on "Talking High School Sports", I talked with several people for the segment I titled "Quick Hits" where we go around the area and look at a number of different subjects with a number of different guests from a number of different schools. On this edition of "Quick Hits", I spoke with Nelson County's Head Football Coach Tim Crawford about having someone in the same house that may know what he's going through, as his wife Vicki Crawford is the Head Coach of the Governors Volleyball team. Also, on the subject of volleyball, Lisa Paxton of the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers told me who had impressed her early in the season. Then running over to JF's Cross Country team, Suzanne Sciarrino, Cash Dewitt and Cameron Dewitt as well as Assistant Coach Ruth Fitzgerald talked about upholding the tradition of Jefferson Forest Cross Country. All was broadcasted during "Quick Hits" on "Talking High School Sports" and now it's being heard on "The Sports Buffet"
