I like my dock on the right side because it takes up less screen space. The appearance really doesn't bother me in Leopard.
I really love the new version of XCode. The editor adds some nice new features like code folding (you can hide inner loops so the structure can be seen more easily), better code completion, and the debugger integrated with the editor.
XRay really is awesome. It looks just like GarageBand, using 'channels' to record stuff like memory allocations & CPU usage.
