This 75 minute long practice takes breathing and asana to a new level. Helpful props: yoga block (or a stack of your favorite sturdy books), strap (or belt, long sock, nylon stockings, used as the "arm extender" for seated forward bends), and of course, a SMILE! Recorded 09/30/07.
