one thing i thought you might want to look into is some chinese mythology also which has gone public in 92 and has been prosecuted there since 99. it is called FALUN DAFA, a qigong 'cultivation technique' stemming from buddha law. the guy who's gone public with it, li honghzi, comes across as extremely confident and interesting.
