Storm, Thanks!
I went raw last October and stayed high raw until I became pregnant and starting having first trimester naseau. It also created food aversions to most of what I was eating before (sweeter fruit and greens). I went back to cheese and wheat and boy now it seems to have it's hold on me. Even though I know my body is sending off signals that it does not like the food I am putting in it (phlegm and inflammation). I just reached 12 weeks with decrease in nausea and am going to use your motivation to finish out my pregnancy raw. Thanks for the reminder of the powerful hold processed food has. I LOVE the 'there is no chicken nugget support group'.... so true!

Storm, Talk about the peace, the mental bliss that comes with 100% raw. Talk about what it feels like to go off raw and fall back on the addicted foods. Talk about the change of mind that occurs when one decides they can't live without that peace anymore. When the addictions lose and fall away.
Keep it up, Sir.

I've been eating living/raw foods for about 7 years. Keep up the good work! Do you do live presentations? I'm in the process of building a health retreat and doing some community seminars. You would be a great attraction for many I'd like to reach.

I know raw foods are 1000 times better than the Standard American Diet, but I'm curious about the difference between raw food veganism and cooked food veganism. Specifically, is it really bad for me to eat cooked lentils and cooked pinto beans, and is it really bad for me to eat Ezekiel bread, if everything else I eat (about 70-80% of my diet) is raw? What's your thinking about this?
Thanks, and keep up the good work!
