Good info but lose the background music, it's unnecessary, distracting and I found myself losing focus at times.

More podcasts please!

Great reminder about how ALL foods the raw vegan diet contain protein. I would've liked more info. on proper amts of nuts for example when trying to GAIN weight. Finally, I wish there was a volume control, your voice is hard to hear.

I agree your voice was muttled by the music. But great information though. Is there a possibility of producing CD on the subject?

Hi Storm!

I loved it and could hear you well. being 8 months pregnant I am always asked how I get my protein because I eat so much raw, and the midwives want me to eat more protein for sure. I am like you in my thinking, everything has protein yo! and I am getting enough because my muscles are strong and my baby is healthy. I feel great and my energy is great, so the amount of protein I eat is perfect for me.

Westerners...I mean left-brain user...Please open your mind/body/soul complex to the ideal that the energy/vibration of music facilitates the use of both hemipheres(?) of the brain. Therefore, the information is programmed into your soul and sub-concious first. The ears can always be strengthen. I love all kinds of music therefore, i will appreciate Nutman-The Ghetto Sage ("love the name") music selections. Recieve this message with love & light. Nurisha

Hi Nutman,

excellent podcast and excellent info. I'm currently trying to gain weight with a mostly raw diet and this podcast is great motivation for me. Is there any chance of you writing a detailed ebook on raw body-building?

I recently bought an ebook, "From skinny to muscular", and even though it's good I'd love to read something similar on _raw_ body-building.

As for the podcast, I would suggest three things:

1: slightly quieter music

2: your voice sounds a little muffled so maybe some better recording equipment (your info is excellent so you really want to do it justice)

3: you have an international audience so when you quote temperatures, like "105 degrees", you should specify farenheit or celsius and maybe provide figures for both.

Good info. I liked the background music. I found it really relaxing while I was taking in your information.

I don't know what everyone is talking about! That was a great podcast and I really enjoyed the music. I had no problem hearing you speak. Whatever.

I agree with most everything you say but I have been doing a more traditional body building routine on a raw vegan diet and I'm getting great result!

Now I am combining that with daily yoga, salt baths, and alkalizing foods to combat acidity and stiffness of muscle.

Eventually I would like to take on a higher end conditioning approach like on the Gym Jones website but for now it's curls for the girls!
