So, after a month long absence, Sounding Out The City is back!
This week's mix is another genre-hopping blend of beats, breaks and rhythms for the music connoisseur. We get into some disco, funk, house, rock (yes, rock), nujazz, b-boy breaks, post-disco, afro-funk and re-edits.
This mix is special for me because none of the tracks were selected ahead of time. I just started recording and picked what I thought sounded right.
I hope you enjoy.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the kind words! I had a look at your webpage and was floored by the photography! You capture the sadness and beauty of humanity really well.
It was also really nice to see those familiar subway platforms from Toronto--my old home!
I've finally gotten around to putting some music together for another mix, but it's quite different from the last, but check it out anyway!
Looking forward to more of your art! Let me know when you post!
Cheers.
