Lord help us not to be anxious, but instead to bring everything to you in prayer, asking with thanksgiving that you will meet our needs, and lord fill us with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, may it guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Please help us to focus only on things that are true, noble, right, pure, pleasant, things that are of good report, only things that are of high caliber and praiseworthy— help us to meditate on these things.
