This is an afternoon Bible Study from the pulpit (kind of like a sermon), which was a fuller treatment on repentance in the parable of the Prodigal Son (found in Luke 15:11-32) than the June 18, 2007 podcast where I gave my Testimony and talked about my own personal repentance. I think a fuller treatment on repentance in today’s climate is warranted. This was actually delivered before my Testimony in my series on the Prodigal Son.
I hope for this podcast to be a transition, in which the non-Paul Washer sermons will focus on repentance for the next few podcasts. Two of those sermons will be from Tim Conway on the message of John the Baptist. I might add a sermon that Paul Washer did on repentance from Mark 1 if I can find it.
