Come In Number 6, Your Time Is Up (re-post)

Welcome back, 'Stroboscopers! I first posted this one over a year ago. It featured some requests from a friend of the show, one James Baxter. I collected his requests and gathered them into a mini-set I dubbed "James' Jukebox". No doubt there'll be future editions of JJ.

This was also the very first appearance of the "Trip To The Vinyl Vault", where I feature music played off of one those ancient slabs of plastic. Maybe I'll do a whole show comprised of LP tracks sometime.

There you have it - enjoy this episode rescued from the aether!

Tracklising:

Grobschnitt - Dream And Reality (from the "Jumbo" album - released in 1975)
Forest - Do You Want Some Smoke (from the self-titled debut album - rel. in 1969)

--------------James' Jukebox--------------

Portishead - Strangers (from the "Dummy" album - released in 1994)
"The Prisoner" (Dialogue 1)
Kraftwerk - Pocket Calculator (from the "Computer World" album - released in 1981)
"The Prisoner" (Dialogue 2)
Zager & Evans - In The Year 2525 (single release - 1969)

Funny Coincidence, "Pocket Calculator" is also one of my friends choices for Sonic Tonic Ep 4, which is imminent...

Well done fella
