Stories from the front lines of the bad economy. These are the people you never hear about on the nightly news. Hear them tell their stories of struggle and hardship in their own words.
Interviews with people who've lost jobs, those struggling to hang on and others who have been left homeless. Some of these stories are very emotional, all are compelling.
Special thanks to the Listening House staff, Dorothy Day Center, Catholic Charities, Woodbury Luthern Church, Second Harvest Food Shelf and all the individuals who shared their stories to bring you this documentary.
Also, special thanks to KFAI public radio, The WAVE progect and Mike Stapp, News Director Ahndi Fridell, Newsman Bob Hines, Truth to Tell Host Andy Driscoll, the volunteer Staff and Reporters at KFAI and the Radio Free Nation production team.

This is excellent. It makes me want to cancel my DirectTV subscription. Media = software that programs our brains. We are what we consume. If we want to have a healthier consciousness, we need to change our diet. If we want to change our thinking, we need to change the mental programming. This is the type of stuff we need to be consuming, etc.
