Alastair, James and Emily are joined by an extra special guest, regular listener and correspondant Marcia Armbruster. But perhaps best of all, Chris Law makes a cameo appearance in this podcast - a substantial one, like when Charlton Heston turns up in 'Beneath the Planet of the Apes', and with similar rippling muscles and sweaty intensity.
