House Floor Erupts After Move By DFL Leader To End Debate

The House erupts with drama as Majority Leader Sertich "Calls To Question" which would have essentially ended debate on a Transportation Bill, effectively silencing the Minority GOP.

Minorty Leader Seifert is heard yelling "Who is next to be gagged" and is gaveled down by the Speaker of the House.
