I dont think that there are such bhutanese re-settled abroad who could help our beloved failed leaders provinding them dollars as donation.Dr.Bhumpa's advice for contrubuting help indeed is great.He do deserve to go back to bhutan with his intrested boddies.The image our our leaders has been once more tested by his interview with bhutannewsservice.No bhutanese have done any worong opting third countries re-settlement programme and Bhumpa cant gurantee to take back to Bhutan.
