What Motivates You to Faithfulness

Naturally, God uses reward (heaven) and punishment (hell) as a mean of motivating us toward faithfulness. That said, we live in the flesh, and often have more worldly ways - even God approved ways that involve the things of this world - to motivate us. That said, what motivates you to be faithful to Him?
