Two points:
I think Madonna used to be a smoker up until the time she got pregnant with Lourdes. She can be even seen chainsmoking in the video of Bad Girl ("smoke too many cigarettes a day..")
Another thing I heard today was that "Miles Away" is going to be the next single, at least here in Europe. A friend of mine heard it on the radio in a remixed version. (I'm from the Netherlands).
